- Leads product and design, and plans the work of the engineering team (four developers and one QA engineer).
- Responsible for the online roadmap, prioritisation, requirements, solution design with engineering and vendors, sprint planning in Jira with daily stand-ups, releases, stakeholder updates to leadership, and tracking results after launch.
- Works closely with customer care, store operations, warehouses, clinics and vets, and with the vendors behind each system.

How he likes to work
Listen to the problem first.
The clearest priorities at Zigly came from the care team's call logs and from walking through the journey as a customer.
Respect the team's time.
With five engineers, every choice to build something custom has to be worth it. Buying and integrating was usually the better call.
Write things down.
Requirements, rules per system, test cases and release gates, so the team and vendors share one picture.
Be honest about results.
Shared outcomes are reported as shared, and missed details are written up as lessons.
